PROCEDURE
- add 4 drops Reagent A, then drops reagent B
- rotate swab 15 times, wait 1 minute, then remove swab while squeezing tube to remove liquid
- place dropper tip to top of tube
- add 3 drops of specimen
- read results after 5 minutes
